Dear Valued Customer,

As a trusted partner, Dan-Loc Group is open for business, so you can perform in your business. Based on the DHS standards, Dan-Loc Group is considered an essential and critical business because we support the continued safe operations of pipelines, refineries, chemical plants and other critical manufacturing.

In light of the Stay Home-Work Safe order issued for Harris County, Texas on March 24, 2020, as well as the states of Louisiana and Ohio, we wanted to communicate to you that, as an essential and critical business, Dan-Loc Group has implemented plans to safely remain operational throughout this situation.

A memorandum issued on March 19, 2020, by the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Director of Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), provides guidance as to which businesses, industries and supply chains are considered essential and critical to national resilience during the COVID-19 response. These businesses have a special responsibility and obligation in these times to continue operations.

To that end, Dan-Loc Group has implemented and continues to maintain the following health and safety measures for our employees, customers and suppliers to allow us to continue to support the operations of these key components of our nation’s critical infrastructure:

  • Implementation of a work-from-home policy for certain employees
  • Adherence to published guidelines regarding employee wellness and workplace sanitation
  • Increased social distancing in the workplace
  • Maximizing the use of teleconferencing to conduct internal and external meetings
  • Restrictions placed on employee travel and office visitors

Currently, we are not experiencing any supply chain interruptions that would impact our scheduled deliveries or lead times. We will continue to monitor this rapidly evolving situation and, if necessary, communicate any adjustments to our plan. We continue to stand behind our commitment to provide you with the right product, right service, at the right time.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or requests for updates on your projects.

We can be reached by phone at (713) 356-3500

Sincerely,

The Dan-Loc Group Team
